The Service provides a free online tool that analyzes submitted text (essays, assignments or other content) to detect potential AI-generated content from models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and others. The tool offers instant results with probability scores and is provided “as is” without any warranties.

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by students, educators and individuals checking their own or others’ writing for informational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. User Conduct and Submitted Content

When using the Service, you agree not to:

We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, reliability or completeness of results. You should not rely solely on our detection for academic, legal, employment or any high-stakes decisions. Always apply your own judgment and consult relevant policies or professionals.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or availability.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
